The Academic Resource Writing Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive writing support in all subjects. Open to scholars from all disciplines and skill levels, the Writing Center (WC) stands ready to assist individuals at any stage of their projects. We can assist in brainstorming, understanding an assignment, PowerPoint and media presentations, essays, research papers, writing in English as a second language, professional and personal writing, and much more.

TUTORING SERVICES
In the ARC, you can make an appointment or walkin for tutoring in subjects such as Math, English, Biology, Business, History, Accounting, and many more!
If you aren’t able to make it during business hours, we also offer online tutoring through NetTutor®, which is available through your MYHSSU account.
-
TESTING SERVICES
The ARC provides testing services for students who need to take a test they weren’t able to take in class. The instructor must bring the test to the ARC, and students can make an appointment or walk in (at least one hour before closing) to take the test. If you are a student who needs accommodations for test taking, please reach out to the ADA Coordinator.
